DEPOSIT and FINANCIAL POLICIES:

DEPOSITS are NONREFUNDABLE

The confirmation of deposit acknowledges a contract between the client and the company, and therefore binds these policies.

Deposits are accepted via credit card or check only. Cash deposits are not accepted for the protection of both client and company.

Walkabout Limousine exclusively uses NBT BANK and Transaction Express for all financial transactions. Any receipts and or documentation showing otherwise may not be confirmed and/or valid.

 

GENERAL CONTRACT POLICIES:

DEPOSITS are NONREFUNDABLE

All vehicles owned and/or operated by Walkabout Limousine are designated as non-smoking.

All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and checked for damage prior to each engagement. The client shall be responsible for any cleaning or
repairs which may be required due to any act of negligence or disregard by the client or the clients guests. Internal vomiting cleaning fee is $300,
external vomiting fee is $150. All other fees will be determined after inspection of damages.

Walkabout Limousine will not be held liable for items left in the vehicle. Please inspect the vehicle before departing.

Walkabout Limousine reserves the right to immediately terminate any job, for all parties in attendance, for the suspected use of alcohol by underage guests, and/or any illegal activity by any guest. For underage parties, the parent or guardian responsible for the contract will be contacted.

By signing a contract you are authorizing Walkabout Limousine to charge the listed credit card for any of the following charges: deposit, cancellation fee, damages to the vehicle, cleaning beyond normal usage, and all services rendered.

 

Food is currently allowed in our vehicles with certain restrictions.

1. No Jell-O Shots

2. No open food is to be placed inside any beverage center / ice bin. Food contained within tupperware (or the like) may be placed on ice for cooling. Should open food be spilled inside ice bins, charges will incur for contamination of supplied beverages, additional cleaning fees, and potential harm to drainage system.

3. Evidence of extensive food irresponsibility (food fights, ground into floor, spilled on leather seats etc) will result in additional cleaning fees.

4. All beverage centers / bins and champagne urns are not to be used as 'sinks' for dumping extra liquids and/or food items.

5. In addition to food items - glitter, confetti, and silly string are not permissible in any vehicle.

Hours contracted begin at pickup and end at drop off. Should the event extend beyond contracted hours, an overtime fee will be applied.

Walkabout Limousine reserves the right to substitute the limousine, or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion.

Walkabout Limousine will not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays,
breakdown, incorrect pick-up and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control.

AIRPORT PICK-UPS: Additional charges may incur for waiting time for arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 30 minutes of
delay. After 30 minutes there is an extra $10 charge for every 15 minutes of waiting time.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

DEPOSITS are NONREFUNDABLE

Cancellations received inside of 21 days to the event will be charged the full balance.
